November Chords

November Chords is a collaborative project between Sonora Ensemble and composer Julia Constance Wiger-Nordås where we aim to present a concert that stands out as a listening experience. By using the space, strings and voice, we will create an intimate experience for the audience. Julia’s compositions offer a detailed sound world that lives in fragments and lingering lines, occasionally opening up into a wildness. The music carries a strong longing and a desire to get close to silence.
