Having graduated from The Royal Academy of Music in London in 2015, specializing in Musical Theatre, and having achieved a Master’s degree in Musical Theatre from Fontys Tilburg in 2020, Erik’s path led him to become an alternate in The Dutch Tenors starting in 2021. In contrast to the grand and resounding performances with the Tenors, Erik felt a pull to rediscover his own voice — one that is delicate and personal. This desire steered him back to where it all began, with Erik singing and strumming his guitar around the campfire, rekindling a connection through the pure essence of music.
